At Upasara, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Kindly acquaint yourself with our shipping policy:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the order's weight and destination. The exact shipping cost will be presented during the checkout process.
• Shipping Methods: UPASARA Décor uses third-party courier services and is not liable for shipping delays. We provide the approximate number of days required for delivery. Delivery times may differ sometimes based on the selection of destination.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
• Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
  
  Note: All orders will be delivered within 7 days. 

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 24 hours of placing them. Once an order is packed/Shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if not accepted.

Ensure accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses due to inaccurate addresses. A shipping confirmation email complete with tracking details will also be sent once your order is dispatched.
