RETURN POLICY

At Upasara, we value your satisfaction with our home décor items. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the receipt of a damaged product. In such cases, we make an exception and are committed to providing a hassle-free resolution.

Customers may return items only if the received product is damaged or in unsatisfactory condition. To process/initiate a return for damaged or defective items, customers must contact our customer service team at "info.upasara@gmail.com" within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged product at the time of delivery, please follow the below process for a seamless experience:

Damaged Product Claims:

  • To process a damaged product claim, we require an unboxing video.
  • Capture a clear video of the box opening, unveiling all articles of initial unboxing.
  • Returned orders for damage-related issues must be packed and returned in their original condition.
  • Ensure the returned items are accompanied by their original packing.

The merchandise should remain unused and in the pristine condition you received it.

Note: Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days.

Return & Exchange:
1. If return is approved, then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

2. Return should be made within 2 days after receiving the product.

This makes it clear that returns are accepted only for damaged or unsatisfactory items and provides a specific time frame for initiating such returns.

REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product from Upasara we are committed to providing an exchange / refund of the product. Please take note of the following refund policy details:

Exchanged Product for Damaged Items:

  • We offer an exchanged product for damaged items.
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to facilitate the refund process.

Refund/Exchange Timeframe:

  • Refunds/exchanges for damaged products must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests made after 5 days will regrettably not be processed.

    Note : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Submission:

  • Email the unboxing video and your request to info.upasara@gmail.com
  • Include your order number, contact details, and any additional relevant information.

Evaluation and Resolution:

  • Our team will review the submitted information promptly.
  • If the damage is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund or exchange with an immediate effect.
  • Refund will take around 5-7 business days from the date of your submission of unboxing video.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customization Policy

At Upasara, every customized artwork is handcrafted with utmost precision and attention to detail, created exclusively as per your vision. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review our customization terms below:

  1. Transportation Charges
    All shipping, handling, and transportation costs are to be borne by the purchaser. Upasara ensures secure and professional packaging for all customized artworks.

  2. Artwork Inspection
    Each customized piece undergoes a thorough quality check at our store before dispatch. Purchasers are encouraged to visit our store to personally inspect their artwork prior to delivery or shipment.

  3. Advance Payment
    A 60% advance payment is required to initiate any customized order. The remaining 40% must be settled at the time of completion or before delivery of the artwork.

  4. No Return or Exchange
    Since each customized artwork is made specifically to your requirements, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not applicable once production has begun.

  5. Timeline & Updates
    The production timeline for customized pieces varies depending on design complexity. Our team will provide an estimated completion date and keep you updated throughout the process.

  6. Design Approval
    Final designs, including size, color, and layout, will be confirmed with the client before production begins. Any modifications requested after approval may affect cost and delivery timelines.
